Directions
Easy: Add 1 packet of ON's Whey MRP to a blender filled with 5-6 ice cubes and 14-16 oz. of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Cover and blend on highest speed for 45-60 seconds or until well combined. For variety and added nutrients, try including one or more of the ingredient suggestions listed on the side of this package. Easier: Fill a shaker cup with 14-16 oz. of cold water, milk, or fruit juice. Add the contents of one packet of ON's Whey MRP. Cover and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds. Enjoy. Easiest: Add one packet of ON's Whey MRP to a large glass filled with 14-16 oz. of water, milk, or juice. Mix thoroughly with a spoon for about 25 seconds or until all of the powder is completely dissolved into the liquid. Suggested Use: Consume 1-3 servings of ON's Whey MRP daily. Use in place of one or more of your 4-6 small meals (Notice: This product is not intended to serve as a sole source of nutrition. Do not use for weight reduction. Make sure that at least 50% of your daily nourishment comes from nutritious whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains) or as a high-protein, between-meals snack. With 45 grams of rapidly digested whey proteins and 20 grams of quality carbohydrates, ON's Whey MRP also makes an excellent post-workout recovery shake. Your Whey, Every Day! ON's Whey MRP has a very desirable 2.25:1 protein-to-carbohydrate ratio that lets you decide how to prepare your shake. To increase the carbohydrate content for additional energy or faster glycogen replenishment, simply use fruit juice or non-fat milk in place of some or all of the water. Fresh or frozen fruits also increase the carbohydrate levels and provide important antioxidants and protective phytochemicals. To further increase the protein-to-carbohydrate ratio of your ON's Whey MRP shake even higher toward the protein side, try adding 1-2 scoops of 100% Any Whey Protein; each scoop of 100% Any Whey Protein supplies 17 grams of virtually flavorless whey protein. Protein-rich foods like non-fat cottage cheese, pasteurized egg substitute, and non-fat milk are other simple, economical ways to add protein. Store in a cool, dry place.
